Bobby Burns Cocktail

• 1 1/2 ozSweet Vermouth
• 1 1/2 ozScotch
• 1 1/4 tspBenedictine
• 1 twist ofLemon Peel

Method

Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
