Ingredients
- 2 ozBrandy
- 1 wholeEgg
- 1 tsp superfineSugar
- 1/2 ozLight Cream
- 1/8 tsp gratedNutmeg
Method
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
