• 2 ozIrish Whiskey
• 1 ozSweet Vermouth
• 1/2 ozGreen Chartreuse

Method

Stir over ice. Strain into chilled glass. Cut a wide swath of orange peel, and express the orange oils over the drink. Discard orange twist.
